Our Commitment
We stand behind the Notion Trading Journal. If something is wrong with the product, we'll make it right. This policy is designed to protect both you and us : you get a product that works, and we don't get taken advantage of.
Eligible Reasons for a Refund
Refunds are issued within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:
- Technical issue: The template doesn't work in Notion, links are broken, the duplicate process fails, or you're unable to access the files after purchase.
- Material difference: The product you receive is significantly different from what is described and shown on the sales page. If we promised a feature and it's missing, let us know.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind: You purchased and decided it's not what you wanted.
- Trading results: The journal helps you track your trades. It does not guarantee profitable trading. No refunds because "it didn't help my trading."
- Failure to use: You bought the journal but didn't try setting it up or logging any trades.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue (technical problem or what doesn't match the description)
We review every request personally and respond within 48 hours. If your request qualifies, your refund is processed immediately.
